Payment is made in advance, except wholesale customers who have coordinated other payment conditions with Shantai Coffee.

Shipping policy

  • The delivery label is printed directly from the “other delivery data” section and is placed on the order, So Shantai Coffe is not responsible for errors in the delivery direction and it is the responsibility of the client for the extra charges that this may generate.
  • Shantai Coffee works with Micro Lot, and performs the tan depending on the volume of orders, To guarantee the delivery of fresh coffee.
  • The order goes through quality control and packaging before being delivered to the carrier.   • The order is sent through the Ontime company, and will usually be done in 24h and maximum 48h in national shipments, depending on the time the order was made. Shantai Coffee cannot guarantee exact delivery deadlines.
    • Free shipments to national territoryl (Space), except the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands.
    • International shipments: The conste of the shipment can vary depending on each country. Taxes, Customs tariffs and procedures are the responsibility of the recipient. *International shipments are not yet available at Shantai Coffee*.

Return and Refund Policy

Order cancellation policy
